Ninja Zone Classes
Ninja Zone embraces your child’s energy and ignites their confidence!
We are SO excited to announce the launch of our program: Ninja Zone! By opening up the world of Ninja Sport to your child, you are providing a unique way to focus their energy. Practicing the sport of ninja exercises the body and mind, but also builds character and cultivates discipline.
It’s a thrilling new sport geared towards boys ages 4-11 and girls ages 4-8 (separate classes) and is fused by elements of:
- Gymnastics
- Martial Arts
- Obstacle Course Training
- Freestyle Movement
Ninja Sport isn’t just a ton of fun for kids (although it is, in fact, a TON of fun); it instills values and techniques that provide an important foundation for your child’s success. It gives your child the confidence to take on any challenge and gives you peace of mind knowing that you are contributing to their physical, mental and emotional well-being. Plus, your ninja will learn to kick, jump and flip like characters in their favorite video games… it doesn’t get much cooler than that!
Ninja sport includes combinations of flips, rolls and kicks that are designed to help:
- Improve Total Body Coordination
- Build Strength
- Improve Agility
Beyond skill, this class teaches:
- Self-Confidence
- Discipline
- Impulse Control
- Responsibility
- Instinctual Safety
For success in school, sport and life, a child that learns to channel their impulse and energy towards a focused goal will succeed in all endeavors.
The levels of Ninja Zone are defined by the headband colors of White, Yellow, Green & Blue. A progressive level system evaluates and advances ninjas on their skills and knowledge of core values as described in the Ninja Zone Creed.
HOW TO REGISTER:
All registrations must be done in advance. When you are ready to sign up please call us or stop by.
